Welcome to De Notenboom, our most luxurious holiday home for 6 people. The house not only offers luxurious wellness facilities but also a spacious garden and a beautiful view of the Achterhoekse forests. The cosy interior, extensive and luxurious facilities, and idyllic location make De Notenboom the ideal choice for an unforgettable holiday experience.
At the front of the house, you can enjoy the view over a beautiful pond, while at the back, the garden provides direct access to the forest. Experience complete privacy from the hot tub and cool off under the covered terrace with a fireplace and infrared sauna.
🛋️ The living room with an open kitchen
The living room of De Notenboom is furnished with a delightful round sofa where you can sit comfortably with your companions and enjoy the crackling fire of the fireplace. The house features an oval-shaped table that adds that extra touch to your dining experience. Adjacent to the living room is the kitchen, equipped with all conveniences. This modern kitchen has an induction hob, dishwasher, combi-oven, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, and coffee machine (Nespresso). A cosy round dining table allows you to enjoy a meal together.
🛁 Bathroom and other facilities
On the ground floor of De Notenboom, you will find the bathroom with a walk-in shower and sunshower. The bathroom is well-lit with a large mirror and sink. Both on the ground floor and the first floor, there is a separate toilet with a sink and mirror. Additionally, the house has a washing machine and dryer.
🛏️ The bedrooms
De Notenboom has three spacious bedrooms, equipped with double box springs where you can relax. Additionally, there is a cot (size 60 x 120 cm) for a child up to the age of 2.

Our most luxurious wellness home has numerous facilities. Next to the house, you will find your own wood-fired hot tub and heated private swimming pool with a jet stream (open from Easter to the end of September). The house also features a Finnish sauna with a large window offering a view of the wooded surroundings. In the spacious garden, you will find a delightful outdoor shower, and in the bathroom of the house, you can enjoy the sunshower while showering to enhance your skin tone.

The garden of De Notenboom offers several delightful spots to relax. In addition to the wellness facilities, there is a lovely table where you can enjoy the beautiful summer evenings. There is also a delightful covered terrace with a lounge sofa and fireplace to enjoy the fire until the late hours. Furthermore, there are several lounge beds in the garden to enjoy the sun and nature. The garden provides complete privacy, allowing you to peacefully enjoy your stay.
